I am JulieAnne Nielsen. I graduated from The University of Michigan with a degree in French and made the only logical choice for employment…as a tour guide for Club Med! After a few years of that, I was pretty much ruined for “the real world” as far as commuting in traffic and wearing panty hose. So in 1992 I made my home in Key West, about 100 miles south of the real world.

Just because I have chosen this laidback island as my home, does not mean that I have a relaxed attitude in terms of customer service. I am available at all times to my Galleon owners to answer any question regarding their ownership, to help them find another week for purchase, to get them a table at Louie’s Backyard for Sunset on Saturday night, or just to fill them in on the weather in Key West (always perfect!). My owners at The Galleon have become an extended circle of friends to me over the years and I treat them with the same care and respect I treat all my friends. I will stop at nothing to make them happy.

Since I began working at The Galleon in 1999, I can truly say that I have nothing but very satisfied owners. Most want to buy more weeks. As hardworking as I am, I have an easy, cheerful nature. I love to laugh! You will enjoy working with me for that, but you will also feel confident that I am doing the best possible job for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
